Hi, I'm Josh! I’m an Ottawa-based photographer with a love for collaboration and creating memories. Whether I'm capturing a couple's first dance, your new cocktail menu, or how the sun hits your house perfectly at sunset, my approach is the same: be professional, collaborate mindfully, and let the quiet energy of your story shine through.

I shoot weddings, engagements, restaurants, bars, and architecture across Ottawa and the surrounding region, always with the same goal: images that feel true to the place and the people in it.

Concert photography is as much about instinct as it is about timing. Having shot everything from small club shows to festival stages, I know how quickly a moment can come and go, how much the energy in a room can shift between songs. There's no resetting or asking for another take. You either get it or you don't. My goal is for people to look at these shots and feel the room, the heat, the noise, the moment someone in the crowd loses themselves completely. I shoot live music events in Ottawa and the surrounding region, capturing the energy of a performance in images that actually feel like being there.

For me, architecture is about human presence in built spaces, where the human is visible or not. Structures are shaped by memory, light, and human intention. I’m drawn to the quiet relationship between structures and trees, the tension between permanence and change, the way natural light reveals the character of a room. My goal isn’t just to document a space, but to translate how it feels to stand observing it. Every line, shadow, and material choice becomes part of a larger narrative about how we inhabit the world.
